  • 2 stalks Celery finely chopped
  • 2 Apples medium, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 1 cup Grapes red or green, halved
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts chopped
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise Optional addition for creaminess

Yogurt Dressing

  • 1/2 cup Plain Yogurt Greek yogurt recommended
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup

  • Finely chop the celery and dice the apples. Halve the grapes.
  • In a large bowl, combine the chopped celery, diced apples, grapes, and chopped walnuts.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the plain yogurt, lemon juice, and honey (or maple syrup) until smooth.
  • Pour the yogurt dressing over the salad ingredients.
  • Gently toss to combine. If desired, add 1/4 cup mayonnaise for extra creaminess.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Serve immediately or chill for later.

Notes

For a richer flavor, toast the walnuts before adding them to the salad. You can also add other nuts like pecans or almonds. Consider adding a sprinkle of fresh parsley or chives for added visual appeal and flavor.
