  • 2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups Milk Whole milk recommended for fluffiest pancakes
  • 2 Eggs Large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Melted Butter Slightly cooled
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  • Gently pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot griddle for each pancake.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite toppings, such as butter, syrup, fruit, or whipped cream.

Notes

For extra fluffy pancakes, let the batter rest for 5-10 minutes before cooking. You can also add blueberries, chocolate chips, or other mix-ins to the batter.
