  • 2 Ripe Peaches Halved and sliced
  • 8 ounces Burrata Cheese
  • 5 ounces Arugula
  • 4 slices Prosciutto Thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • To taste Salt and Pepper

  • In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar and honey. Simmer over low heat for 5-7 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
  • Remove from heat and let cool.
  • In a large bowl, combine arugula, sliced peaches, and prosciutto.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Gently toss to combine.
  • Top with burrata cheese and drizzle with the cooled balsamic glaze.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For a vegetarian option, omit the prosciutto. You can also add other fresh herbs like basil or mint for extra flavor.
