  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 2 Kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Grapes red or green, halved
  • 1 Mango peeled, pitted, and diced

Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed

  • Wash all fruits thoroughly and pat dry.
  • Hull and slice the strawberries. Peel and slice the kiwi. Halve the grapes. Peel, pit, and dice the mango.
  • Arrange the prepared fruits attractively on a large platter.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice to make the dressing.
  • Drizzle the honey-lime dressing over the fruit platter.
  • Serve immediately or chill for later.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.

Notes

Feel free to substitute your favorite summer fruits. For a sweeter dressing, add a bit more honey. You can also add a pinch of cinnamon for extra flavor.
