Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 16 wafers Nilla Wafers
  • 1/4 cup Melted Butter

Cheesecake Filling

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream whipped

Other Ingredients

  • 2 Sliced Bananas ripe
  • 1 cup Sliced Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Milk for soaking wafers (optional)

  • Crush Nilla wafers into crumbs. Combine with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. Stir in vanilla extract.
  • Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream.
  • Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the wafer crust.
  • Arrange half of the sliced bananas and strawberries over the cheesecake layer.
  • Repeat layers with remaining cheesecake mixture, bananas, and strawberries.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Optional: lightly soak Nilla wafers in milk before layering for extra moisture.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese and heavy cream. You can also add a layer of chocolate pudding for extra decadence.
