  • 1 lb 1 lb Sirloin Steak Cut into thin strips
  • 1 lb 1 lb Shrimp Peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz 8 oz Egg Noodles
  • 1 cup 1 cup Broccoli Florets
  • 0.5 cup 1/2 cup Bell Peppers Sliced
  • 0.25 cup 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tbsp 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 1 clove Garlic Minced

  • Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large wok or skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add steak strips and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add shrimp to the wok and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add minced garlic and stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Stir in broccoli and bell peppers. Cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender-crisp.
  • Add soy sauce and oyster sauce to the wok. Toss to combine and coat the noodles, vegetables, and protein.
  • Add cooked noodles to the wok. Toss gently to combine everything evenly.
  • Serve immediately and garnish with sesame seeds or green onions (optional).

Notes

Feel free to adjust the amount of soy sauce and oyster sauce to your liking. Other vegetables like carrots, snow peas, or mushrooms can also be added.
