Ingredients
  

Shrimp

  • 1 pound Shrimp Peeled and deveined

Marinade

  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

Mango Salsa

  • 1 Mango Ripe, diced
  • 1/4 cup Red onion Finely diced
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro Chopped
  • 1 Jalapeno Minced (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 12 Taco shells
  • Toppings of your choice (e.g., shredded lettuce, cheese, sour cream)

  • In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, combine diced mango, red onion, cilantro, jalapeno (if using), and lime juice for the salsa.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through.
  • Warm the taco shells according to package directions.
  • Fill each taco shell with cooked shrimp and top with mango salsa and your favorite toppings.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For a milder flavor, reduce the amount of chili powder or omit the jalapeno. You can also substitute other types of fish or shellfish for the shrimp.
