  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook the French toast for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Serve immediately with maple syrup.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use brown sugar instead of white sugar. You can also add chocolate chips or chopped nuts to the peanut butter and banana filling.
