  • 1 cup Green Olives Pitted
  • 1 cup Artichoke Hearts Marinated, quartered
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion Thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Italian Dressing

  • In a large bowl, combine the prosciutto, salami, mozzarella balls, cherry tomatoes, green olives, artichoke hearts, and red onion.
  • Gently toss the ingredients to combine.
  • Drizzle the Italian dressing over the salad.
  • Toss again to coat the ingredients evenly.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. You can add more dressing, salt, or pepper to your preference.
  • Serve immediately or chill for later. The flavors will meld if chilled for a short time.

Notes

Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or cucumbers. You can also substitute other cheeses like provolone or parmesan. For a spicier kick, add some sliced jalapeños.
