  • 4 Chicken breasts about 6 ounces each
  • 1 large head Broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

Creamy Garlic Sauce

  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 Garlic cloves minced
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Drizzle chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  • While chicken grills, steam or blanch broccoli florets until tender-crisp.
  • In a small saucepan, combine heavy cream and minced garlic. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
  • Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  • Slice grilled chicken and divide among bowls. Top with broccoli and creamy garlic sauce.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic sauce. You can also substitute other vegetables for the broccoli, such as asparagus or green beans.
