  • 2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Granola
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1 cup Fresh Berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) Mixed or your favorite kind
  • 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds Optional, for added texture and nutrition
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts or Almonds (chopped) Optional, for added crunch

Instructions

  • In each glass or bowl, layer 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt.
  • Sprinkle 1/4 cup of granola over the yogurt.
  • Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey over the granola.
  • Add 1/4 cup of fresh berries.
  • Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of chia seeds (optional) and 1 tablespoon of chopped nuts (optional).
  • Repeat layers for a total of two layers per parfait.
  • Serve immediately or chill for later.

Notes

Adjust the sweetness and ingredients to your liking. You can substitute other fruits, nuts, or seeds. For a vegan option, use coconut yogurt instead of Greek yogurt.
