  • 4 Pork Chops about 1 inch thick
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Dredge each pork chop in the flour mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
  • Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear pork chops for 2-3 minutes per side, until lightly browned.
  • Sprinkle parmesan cheese evenly over the pork chops.
  • Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes. For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of fresh parsley before serving.
