  • 1.5 lbs Boneless, skinless chicken breasts Cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 4 packages Ramen noodles (choose your favorite flavor)
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha or more, to taste
  • 4 Garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 Green onions chopped, for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds for garnish

  • Cook ramen noodles according to package directions. Set aside.
  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  • Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  • Stir in soy sauce and Sriracha. Cook for 1-2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
  • Reduce heat to low. Stir in heavy cream and cook until heated through. Do not boil.
  • Divide cooked ramen noodles among bowls. Top with chicken and creamy garlic sauce.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For a vegetarian option, substitute the chicken with firm tofu. Adjust the amount of Sriracha to control the level of spiciness. You can also add other vegetables like mushrooms, spinach or bean sprouts.
