  • 1 loaf Frozen bread dough (1 lb) Thawed
  • 8 ounces Brie cheese Rind removed, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 14 ounces Whole berry cranberry sauce Can
  • 1/4 cup Butter Melted
  • 1/4 cup Chopped pecans or walnuts Optional
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary Chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Gently unfold the thawed bread dough and place it in the prepared baking dish. Stretch and pull the dough to the edges, leaving gaps for filling.
  • Dot the dough with brie cheese pieces. Spread cranberry sauce evenly, leaving 1/2 inch space at the edges. Sprinkle with pecans/walnuts and rosemary.
  • Drizzle melted butter over the bread. Drizzle with maple syrup.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm!

Notes

For a richer flavor, use a higher-quality brie. You can also add other nuts or dried fruits to the filling. Serve with a side of warm apple cider or a glass of your favorite wine.
