  • 4 pieces Salmon Fillets 6-8 ounces each, skin on or off
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha or more, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions finely chopped, for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds for garnish

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil until well combined.
  • Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Spread the bang bang sauce evenly over the salmon fillets.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust the amount of sriracha to your preferred level of spiciness. You can also add other vegetables like broccoli or asparagus to the baking sheet for a complete meal.
