  • 6 slices Cooked Bacon Crispy, crumbled
  • 3 cups Day-old Cooked Rice Cold rice cooks better
  • 4 Eggs Lightly beaten
  • 2 stalks Green Onions Finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

  • Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the beaten eggs and scramble until cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  • Add the cooked rice to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, breaking up any clumps.
  • Stir in the crumbled bacon, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the scrambled eggs back to the wok and gently fold them into the rice.
  • Stir in the chopped green onions and cook for another minute until heated through.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dash of white pepper or a pinch of red pepper flakes. You can also substitute other vegetables like peas, carrots, or bell peppers.
