  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Butter melted
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Cheese (optional)

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Lightly brush both sides of each bread slice with melted butter.
  • Dip each bread slice into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated.
  • Place the egg-soaked bread slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Air fry for 5-7 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the eggs are cooked through. Flip halfway through.
  • If using cheese, sprinkle it over the toast during the last minute of cooking.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, add herbs or spices to the egg mixture. You can also experiment with different types of bread.
